This W rit Petition (Criminal) has been filed to quash the impugned rejection order passed by the 2 nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.376/Ka.Aa/Mu.A/ Thi.Ma/2025, dated 09.10.2025 and consequently, direct the 2 nd respondent to provide permission for the public meeting under the tagline “URIMAI MEETKA THALAIMURAI KAAKA” by the Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK) under the head of Dr.Anbumani Ramadoss on 17.10.2025 at any permitted
place in Tiruppur District.
2. Now, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a fresh representation has been given for different venue and the same may be directed to be considered.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the fresh representation for different venue will be considered and orders will be passed.
4. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
