COMMON ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J. )

The Building Plan Permission dated 23.02.2024 is under challenge in the present writ proceedings.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have taken a decision to demolish and reconstruct the building in accordance with the Building Plan Permission to be sanctioned by the Corporation. In this regard, a memorandum of understanding has been entered into between the parties to demolish the School building and reconstruct the same by obtaining fresh Building Plan Permission.
