This Writ Petition is filed for directing the respondents to take action for conducting the annual Brahmotsavam Festival for the Sri Nala Narayana Perumal Kovil, situated at Thirunallar, Karaikal District, Puducherry.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that only on the action of some miscreants the festival has been stopped and it has been conducted atleast this year.

that in this regard it is essential to get the concerned Kattalai to get things done. In this regard they have already written to the persons who are in administration of the Kattalai namely M/s.Kattalai Vicharanai. They are yet to receive reply. Once
