The petitioner had submitted a representation to fix the value of Plot No.56 in Survey No.43/1. On the ground that no action has taken in that regard, the present writ petition has been filed.

respondents. After submitting that the fixation of value is not a mechanical process, he submits that the second respondent would consider and dispose of the representation on merits.

Accordingly, without making observations on the merits, this writ
