Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to Call for the records of the 3rd respondent pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in RPT - 1109 / 2022 / A dated 25.11.2022 and quash the same as arbitrary, illegal and without jurisdiction and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner representation dated 19.09.2023 and cancel the TSLR that stands in the name of 6^th respondent and subsequently, issue the TSLR in the name of petitioner for the subject matter property more fully detailed in the schedule of this writ petition.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the 3^rd respondent dated 25.11.2022 as illegal and without jurisdiction and for a consequential direction to the 2^nd respondent to conduct an enquiry and to cancel the TSLR that stands in the name of the 6^th respondent and to issue the TSLR in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property.

Heard Mr.A.Senthil Manohar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Ravi Chander, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents.

In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner has already filed an appeal before the 2^nd respondent on 19.09.2023. In view of the same, it will suffice if a direction is given to the 2^nd respondent to deal with the appeal, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to all the parties concerned and pass final orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
