Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to consider the excess quantity approval proposal sent by the fourth respondent vide Letter No.TNUHDB/CBE/Sub div-III/AE/55/2022 dated 14.10.2022 to the second respondent and pass order on the same and consequently direct the respondents to complete the recording of the measurements of works already carried out, bill the same and pay the billed amount along with appropriate commercial interest from the date of completion to the actual date of payment within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
