This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent

herein to consider the petitioners representation dated 07.04.2025 and 16.06.2025 as a valid and sufficient complaint under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016 and to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is a super senior citizen and a person with disability within the meaning of section 2 of the Rights of persons with disabilities Act, 2016. The petitioner made a representation on 07.04.2025 for multiple problems including the inability to access essential public, banking and regulatory services due to age-related disabilities and digital exclusion. The same was rejected by the respondents. The petitioner has filed re-joinder on 16.06.2025 for the rejection of the representation. However, the same has kept pending. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners complaint dated 07.04.2025 and 16.06.2025 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.04.2025 and 16.06.2025 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
