The present petition is filed by a complainant who requires D.V.A.C. to initiate a criminal action against the 6th respondent.

2.Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits

that the allegation in the complaint is that the 6th respondent, wife of a public servant holds property disproportionate to the known source of income of her husband. The learned prosecutor added that after the
