During the course of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner

submits that this Court may permit the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court to challenge the document executed by the private respondents on

the basis of the forged legal heirship certificate dated 21.03.2024.

As no adverse order is going to be passed against the private

respondents, notice to respondent Nos.8 to 10 is dispensed with.

Since the relief sought for by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition

cannot be granted by this Court, this Writ Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is permitted to approach the competent Civil Court for appropriate relief. On filing of the Civil Suit, for the purpose of computation of limitation, the period spent before this Court in prosecuting the Writ Petition shall stand excluded. The Civil Court concerned is directed to entertain the suit to be filed by the petitioner without insisting on the issue of delay. There shall be no order as to

costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
