The grievance as ventilated through this Public Interest Litigation

is with regard to the alleged inaction in the matter of construction of pucca road.

We find that the matter is pending consideration before the concerned authority. The petitioner is left to persuade the authority to undertake construction of pucca/cement road. More than this, no observation can be made.

Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
