ORDER

The petitioner had been contracted by the respondents to construct the multi-purpose building at Thengal Village, Wallajah Panchayat Union, Ranipet District. The work orders for the construction of the multi-purpose building was issued on 09.02.2024. The petitioner states he had completed the building. Yet the amounts which had to be paid stage-by-stage have not been disbursed. As there was no response to the representation dated 22.08.2025, he is before this Court.

When the matter was taken up in the forenoon, I pointed out

to Mr.Ravikumar, learned Government Advocate for the third respondent

that it is not proper on the part of the State Department to extract work and not make the payments. He sought time for getting instructions. I got the matter back.
