ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.09.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to produce the translated copies of the documents and therefore, the case was stood adjourned to 06.10.2025, on condition that failure to produce the translated copies of the documents available in Tamil language, the writ petition would stand dismissed.

Despite a conditional order being passed by this Court on 12.09.2025, directing the learned counsel for the petitioner to produce the translated copy of the proceedings and other relevant documents available in Tamil language on the next hearing date i.e., on 06.10.2025, failing which, the writ petition will be dismissed, however, today, the counsel for the petitioner has not complied with the order of the Court. Hence, the present writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
