This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the

respondents to determine the compensation amount in accordance with market value for the land acquired from the petitioner to an extent of 1164 sq.ft situated at No.61, Korattur Village, Saidapet Taluk, Chengalpet District comprised in Punjai Old Survey No.770/1D3 situated within the Sub-Registration District of Ambattur and Registration District of North Chennai, for the formation of Madras Bypass Roacd connecting NH45 4 & 5 in the year around 1990.
