PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, direct the third respondent herein to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 04.03.2025.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the

third respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and

the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. Perused the materials available on record.

3.A perusal of the representation submitted by the petitioner

¶21

dated 04.03.2025 reveals that the subject property was issued patta in favour of the fourth respondent by deleting the name of the petitioner, without issuing any notice. Therefore, the competent authority, viz., the second respondent, is required to rectify the same.

W.P.No.32507 of 2025 4.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to submit an

application before the second respondent seeking cancellation of the patta

¶26

issued in favour of the fourth respondent and issuance of patta in his favour within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such application, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry, after issuing notice to the petitioner and after affording an opportunity of hearing, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed
