Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the

respondents. With consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent herein to dispose the petitioners Patta transfer representation dated 12.05.2025 within a stipulated period.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner submitted a representation to the 3^rd respondent on 12.05.2025, for issuance of separate patta in his name with respect to his property situated in Survey Numbers 776/2 and 776/5, Dharmapuri District, Nallampalli Taluk, Konangihalli Village as per the Sale deed document No.516/2016. As the same did not evoke any response, the petitioner had
