This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus, seeking for a direction

to the first respondent to grant permission for the petitioner to lay road in the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2023.

The learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset would submit that it would be suffice if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if such a direction is issued.

This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
