This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to pay solatium amount and additional amount in respect of the land acquired for the purpose of widening the National Highway.

Though a larger prayer has been sought for in the Writ Petition,

the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice to direct the 6^th respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 28.06.2025 regarding payment of solatium and additional amount.

on behalf of the respondents 5 and 6 would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered by the respondent and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law.

In view of the above, this Court directs the 6^th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2025 on its own merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
