The Writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents to recognize the labour contract service of the petitioner to be regularize with all service benefits imparlance with the other similar placed employee of the Respondents department.

The basic issued raised in this writ petition is to recognize the service of the petitioners from the contract labourer to regularization of the employment as per various directions, circulation and government orders issued in this regard.

petition has been filed before this Court in W.P.No.8096 of 2022 and the same was disposed vide order dated 19.03.2024. Therefore, the learned counsel prays

that this Court may grant liberty to the petitioners to raise a dispute before the labour Court.

The learned counsel for the respondents have not raised any objection in this regard.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the limited request sought for by the petitioners, this Court grants liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
