Puducherry and he relieved from the post of President of the Office of the State Commission and District Forum, Puducherry on 25.09.2018. Thereafter, he has given a representation to the Chairperson, PRERA, Puducherry on 23.01.2024 claiming his pay in accordance with the Second Notional Judicial
Pay Commission and such representation is pending before them. It is the further submission of the petitioner that again he sent a representation to the 3rd respondent on 03.07.2025 and such representation is also pending with them. It is the submission of the petitioner that his representation has to be considered in accordance with Rule 18(1) of the Puducherry Real Estate (Regulation and Development) (General) Rules, 2017. The learned counsel for the petitioner would also submit that his last drawn pay is Rs.2,09,118/-.
