The above petition is filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, d irecting the respondents 1 and 2 not to grant allotment of land in favour of the 6th respondent which is classified as PAARAI PORAMBOKE in Survey Number:12, situated at Pukkasagaram Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, pursuant to petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2025.

2.To a pointed question as to whether the petitioner's rights are affected,

all that the petitioner's counsel would submit that she has interest being a resident of that village. To a further question as to whether this would be more in the nature of a Public Interest Litigation (PIL), she would seek permission of

this Court to withdraw the same with liberty to file a PIL. An endorsement to that effect has been made in the bundle.
