PRAYER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking Writ of Certiorari Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st respondent in Revision Petition No.3164/2016V2 dated 21.09.2017 quash the same and consequently restore the order of the petitioner dated 30.03.2016 in Na.Ka.003/2016.
