Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent relating to the impugned Provisional Select List dated 02.07.2025 issued by the 2nd respondent for the post of Salesman in the Fair Price Shops in Salem District and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents to re- conduct the selection process on merits in a fair and transparent manner and appoint the petitioner to the post of Salesman upon being successful in the selection.
