clarity} but made a plea to preserve all rights and contentions of writ petitioner to file a 'Public Interest Litigation' {'PIL'} (this is considering the nature of representation dated 16.12.2024 on which main WP is predicated). Saying so, learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:

In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned WP is disposed of as closed / withdrawn albeit preserving all rights and contentions of writ petitioner to file a PIL, if so desired and if so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
