PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus , calling for the records of the 2nd respondent, in issuing the impugned communicated / order dated 4.12.2021 bearing number 26534 / F- 3 / 2016- 1 terminating the leasehold rights for fishing in Krishnagiri Reservoir and consequently direct the respondents to credit the amount of Rs.1.5 crores tendered, received and acknowledged by the respondents and lying with the 3rd respondent as part lease rentals and permit the petitioner to continue, subject to all other rights for the period till 2023 as envisaged.
