This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the

during the pendency of this Writ Petition, an order has been passed on 22.12.2021 by the second respondent and that has been challenged by the petitioner by way of preferring an another Writ Petition in W.P.No.10383 of 2022.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives for further consideration

in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
