The present writ petition is filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the fourth respondent to consider the Representation dated 28.03.2025 in accordance with law and to cancel Patta No.100, for the property comprised in Punsai S.No.81/1 and S.No.81/3 measuring an extent of 84 cents and 70 cents in all measuring an extent of acre 1.54 cents, situated at Kazhanipakkam Village, Thirukazhukundram SRO, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District.

3. After submitting for a brief while, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that there is a Settlement Deed which ought to be cancelled and therefore, seeks liberty of this Court to approach the competent civil Court as well

as to avail any other remedy that may be available to them before statutory authorities.

4. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the petitioners have to approach the competent civil Court for the appropriate relief.

5. In view thereof, this Writ Petition stands disposed of, giving liberty to the
