2. Even today i.e., on 03.12.2025, when the matter is taken up for
hearing, none appeared for the petitioners. Thus, it is evident that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.25172 of 2023 stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
