Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for

the petitioner submits that he has instructions from the petitioner to withdraw the present writ petition and he has also submitted a letter regarding that before the Court. Thus, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition on hand and he has also made endorsements to that effect in the case bundle.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made by him, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no orders as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
