Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in his order in A.No.244/A/2021 dated 28.12.2021 and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned in respect of probation of the petitioner, w.e.f. 12.09.2021 and consequently direct the respondents to declare the probation of the petitioner w.e.f. 01.03.2009 and further direct the respondents to revise the seniority of the petitioner in the cadre of Assistant and grant promotion to the petitioner at par with her junior and place her in the seniority in between R.Saravanan and M.Manjula.
