This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of

Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the second respondent vide No.419/Thi.Tho.2/2024 dated 15.11.2024 as well as Order of the fourth respondent Letter No.11375/Podhu.1(2)/2024-2 dated 06.12.2024 and consequential order passed by the 7^th respondent in Na.Ka.No.80860/M1/E1/2024 dated19.12.2024 quash the same and further directing the respondents to consider the claim of the members of the petitioner's society to exhibit children of educational movie in schools and colleges in each District within the time frame as prescribed by this Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Collector for appropriate orders.
