The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for earlier disposal of the representation made by him dated 20.5.2021, however, during the pendency

of this Writ Petition, the respondents have already considered the petitioner's representation and passed an order dated 07.07.2022, and hence, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned

counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for any adjudication in this Writ Petition, as the prayer sought for has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
