The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to dispose of the representation dated 24.3.2025 seeking cancellation of the settlement deeds dated 19.7.2024 registered as Doc.Nos.3775 and 3776 of 2024, Sub Register Office, Anna Nagar in respect of the property comprised in Old Survey No.37/2, T.S.No.31, situated at Block No.2, bearing Door No.8D, Pillayar koil Street, Keelnaduvankarai, Chennai-600 040.

2. After submitting for a brief while, learned counsel for petitioners would

request the liberty of this Court to file a fresh representation before the appropriate respondent.
