ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully

described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner’s representation dated 15.03.2023 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner claims that he is the owner of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. He has sought for a patta in his name for the said property, based on his representation dated 15.03.2023, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Since the said representation has not been considered by the respondents, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Till date, counter has not been filed by the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner’s representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners and any other third party whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire.
