This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1

and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2025 and dispose

¶27

of the same within the stipulated time.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional

¶29

Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents-Police and perused the

¶30

materials available on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that by misusing the

¶32

petitioner's signature, complaint has been lodged by the third respondent-Police as against the habitual offenders. According to the petitioner, he never signed

¶33

any petition against any of the accused, whereas, F.I.R is registered as against the habitual offenders. In this regard, he has given a representation dated

¶34

30.1.2025 to the respondents 1 and 2 and sought direction.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the

respondents-Police submitted that the petitioner himself has given a complaint

¶40

against some of the accused persons and based on which, F.I.R came to be registered. Later, the petitioner himself appeared before the Police Station has given another letter indicating that the dispute between the petitioner and the

offenders have been sorted out.

In such view of the matter, let the investigation to be continued by the respondent-Police on the said complaint and the letters said to have been made

¶43

by the petitioner are subjected to Forensic Analysis. The respondent-Police is

¶44

directed to conclude the enquiry as early as possible in accordance with law.
