This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the 1st

respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2025

and to cancel the sale deed dated 08.11.2024 registered as Doc. No.1432 of

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned

Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent.

3.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the

representation of the petitioner dated 16.04.2025 has not been considered by the

1st respondent so far.

Such exercise shall be carried on by the 1st respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
