The writ petition has been filed for directing the 1st respondent to investigate the application filed by the 4th respondent in a fair and unbiased manner by following the due process of law.

Pursuant to the earlier order passed on 03.06.2025, the matter was listed for hearing today.

ground floor, she is neither comfortable nor peaceful because of the attitude of the petitioner.

In the considered view of this Court, it is very difficult for this Court to monitor the relationship between the petitioner and the 4th respondent in a writ petition. In any case, in view of the earlier order passed on 03.06.2025, the 4th respondent is already in possession of the ground floor of the property. The other issues can be worked out before the competent civil court in the manner known to law.
