This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order dated

When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the

petitioner submitted that the petitioner reported no instructions and it is brought

to the notice of this Court that the petitioner company is under liquidation and

the liquidator was also appointed. Subsequently the managing director of the petitioner company was also arrested and remanded to judicial custody. Hence,

nothing survives in this writ petition.
