PRAYER

PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the

records of the first respondent’s order dated 24.05.2012 in TNGST No.3360777/2006-07 and quash the same and consequently direct the first

respondent to release the petitioner’s bank account with second respondent

bank.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to call for the records of the first
