Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for an issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 4^th respondent in Na.Ka.No.2373/2024/C dated 07.06.2024 and the subsequent impugned proceedings issued by the 5^th respondent in Na.Ka.No.5208/2023/A4 dated 08.06.2024 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to conduct the ‘Aani Moola Ther Thiruvizha’ commencing from 12.06.2024 and ending on 22.06.2024 in Arulmigu Soleeswarar Swamy Alagarayaperumal, Sellandiamman Temples, Mallasamudram East Village, Thiruchengode Taluk, Namakkal District, in accordance with Scheme framed u/s.64(1) of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959, in Rc.O.A.101/80 B1 dated 02.04.1983 and further confirmed as per the orders of 5^th respondent Joint Commissioner, Erode in S.M.R.No.1 of 2021 (old S.M.R.No.1 of 2012) dated 09.06.2023, with clarification for Clause-5 of the Scheme of Administration, under the supervision of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Officials, and to pass such further order.
