Call for the records pertaining to impugned order dated 07.06.2024 passed by the 3rd respondent rejecting Legal Heirship Certificate Application No. TN7202405141534 and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to issue legal heirship certificate to the petitioners for the deceased D.Ravichandran, who died on 12.02.2024 based on the petitioners' application dated 14.05.2024.
