Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 5^th respondent herein in his proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.239/A3/2025 and quash the impugned proceedings dated 05.03.2025 as illegal and further direct the respondents herein to do staff fixation following the Pupil Teacher Ratio fixed in G.O.Ms.No.231, School Educational Department, dated 11.08.2010 for the Middle Schools particularly to re-fix the correct staff fixation in Panchayat Union Middle School, Keerambadi Panchayat Union, Arcot Block and Taluk, Ranipet District by deploying the excess Teachers by rationalising the staff fixation among the equivalent schools, in view of the petitioners' representations dated 18.02.2025 and 20.03.2025.

The writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of certiorarified

mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 5 th respondent herein

2. By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

In view of the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court direct the 2 nd & 3 rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2025 and 20.03.2025 and pass orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

In view of the above submission, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, this Court directs the 2^nd & 3^rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2025 and 20.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
