3.The impugned proceedings of the 2^nd respondent dated 20.01.2014 does not require any interference, since there is no power available for the registering authority to cancel any registered document. In so far as the direction sought for to the 13^th respondent to enquire the complaint, the complaint is more than 12 years since it was given and nothing may survive at this length of time.

4.In the result, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently,

the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
