When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. A letter dated 19.09.2025 to that effect has also been circulated to the Registry of this Court. An Endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioners in the Petition today.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn and accordingly, the restraint order granted by this Court on 16.04.2025 stands vacated. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
