it failed to grant the interim relief prayed for the petitioner and consequently, direct the respondent to accept the manual representation submitted by the petitioner on 24.01.2025 for the post of Assistant pursuant to the Notification No.A-34012/7/E1/2024/DP&AR (EXAM) dated 22.08.2025 and permit the petitioner to participate in the selection process.

Though the petitioner herein has raised several grounds in the above Writ Petition, challenging the order of the Tribunal in rejecting his request for participating in the recruitment process, Mr.J.Muthukumaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he is not pressing any of the grounds raised in the Writ Petition, and that it would be suffice if his representation, which was made on 24.01.2025 is considered by the respondents. The submissions of the learned counsel is hereby recorded.
