This writ petition is filed for the following relief:

“To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and grant the service benefits sought by the petitioners in their representation dated 16-4-2020 and 20-7-2020 and thereafter proceed with the lease of the respondent Mills after giving due livelihood protection to the employees of the second respondent Mills.”
