No.2839/2024/A2 dated 24.06.2024 and quash the same as illegal and for other reliefs.

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.Gandhiraj, Special Government Pleader, for the Petitioners and of Mr.J.Lawrance, Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order:
