Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent Ku.Aa.No.05/02/Neer8/PaOO/Tha.A.Poo.Ka(Ku)/Nagai2024, dated 31.05.2024 and quash the same in respect of holding the retirement benefits and other benefits and direct the respondents to settle the terminal and other monetary benefits to the petitioner with 6 percent interest within the time stipulated by this Honble Court.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. K. Ramaiah, Standing Counsel for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:

“The learned Counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to not press this present Writ Miscellaneous Petition.
