The petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed while granting leave to the petitioner in WP(MD) No.19456/2024 by order dated 14.08.2024. By that order, ordinary leave was granted for 11 days from 19.08.2024 till 29.08.2024, with escort.

The present petition has been filed seeking leave to be granted without escort. However,

the period has long since lapsed. Even the writ petition has been filed questioning an order dated 23.07.2024 and to quash the same. If a fresh leave is sought by the petitioner, then fresh representation would have to be given and that would have to be adjudicated in appropriate manner depending upon the facts and circumstances. The modification application no longer survives and the same stands closed.
