This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.Lajapathi Roy and Associates for Mr.S.Rajasekar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A. Kannan , Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

Even though the prayer in this miscellaneous petition has become infructuous, considering the fact that the petitioner is a deaf and dumb person suffering from 100% disability, three more months from today ie., 30.06.2025 is granted. It is make clear that further extension of time will not be granted.
