The petitioner's sale deed, submitted on 13.10.2023 before the Sub Registrar, Kundrathur (3rd respondent) and returned with a refusal slip vide NO.RFL/Kundrathur/54/2023 pertaining exclusively to the petitioner's undivided share in the B petition schedule property, could be registered on the petitioner paying the composite value fixed by the Sub Registrar. Counsel submitted that the petitioner was willing, without prejudice to his rights, to pay the composite value fixed by the third respondent to enable registration.
